Why should I purchase from PremiumBlooms?

Because we truly bring farm quality and freshness directly to you. The flowers you'll receive, are cut once the farm (in Ecuador or Colombia) receives our order. They pack the flowers or assemble the bouquet and send it via FedEx at the desitination of your choice.

Why are the delivery dates are a week away from the Order date?

Since we ship directly from the farms in South America, we need to allocate time for order processing, product preparation and arrange the international delivery service with FedEx. We guarantee the freshness and quality of our products because there is no rotation and no middle man in between.

What happens if the flowers I receive don't look as promised?

We guarantee our product 100%. If the flowers are in poor condition, we can arrange a second delivery or make a full refund. Rest assure that we'll make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Do you charge a sales tax?

We only charge sales tax for deliveries in Florida. Any other state in the continental United States is tax free.

Are there any additional charges?

No. The freight is already included in the price of the product you select and there are no additional charges.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted only if placed within 48 hours of the order date.
