Flowers must be ordered a minimum of 7-10 days in advance of delivery based on shipping schedule below:

Deliveries will be made Tuesday – Friday only (no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries), no exceptions

Order Monday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Wednesday of the following week
Order Tuesday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Wednesday of the following week
Order Wednesday – estimated delivery between Thursday & Friday of the following week
Order Thursday – estimated delivery between Thursday & Friday of the following week
Order Friday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Wednesday, approx. 1-1/2 weeks

Holidays will delay the delivery parameters by one day. Additionally, weather-related conditions, and states of emergencies can delay delivery beyond the stated delivery parameters.

Note: Due to the variance in monitor color and screen tones, the flowers you receive may vary in color from the image on your computer monitor. If you are purchasing flowers to complement your wedding tones, be aware that we cannot guarantee the same variety when more than one case is ordered. We will make every effort, however, to match the shade of color. Care instructions:

Lilies are large elegant flowers, but their pollen powered stamens may stain clothing and skin, and can prove difficult to remove. The stamens easily fall of when you move your lilies, so be sure to remove any that you can see right away.

Here are ways to remove the stamens:

Hold each stem with the blooms upside down over the kitchen sink, and carefully cut the stamens with scissors. Avoid touching the stamens with your bare hands when you discard them.

Take a piece of tissue and then with the tissue hold each stamen firmly at its base and tug gently.

If a stamen inadvertedly falls of, on your table, floor or your dress, take a small strip of scotch tape and delicately press it onto the stamen without touching it with your fingers, then discard.

Grooming:

1.       Open boxes as soon as possible.

2.       Unpack flowers, removing sleeves and bands from each bunch, and examine.

3.       Use clean buckets and containers.

4.       Fill buckets and containers 2/3 full with cold water (40-50).

5.       Add floral nutrients to water (follow manufacturer’s directions for proper amount).

6.       Remove any foliage that is damaged or may be below the water line.

7.       Use sharp knife or bunch cutters to cut 1-2” off stems of flowers.

8.       Place flowers in water (do not place too many flowers in one bucket).

9.       For longer life, refrigerate flowers immediately. If you need flowers to open, allow to set at room temperature until sufficiently open, then refrigerate.

IDEAL REFRIGERATION TEMPERATURE: 34-38°F

HUMIDITY: 80-90%

MAINTENANCE:

1.       Check water levels daily and add water as needed.

2.       Remove any foliage or flowers that are damaged or beginning to wilt.
