Flower Delivery Information: Please select a delivery address where the flowers can be cared for immediately upon arrival.

Flowers are a perishable item and must be cared for properly.

Refunds will only be accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition. Refunds will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence.

**Cancellations or ANY changes MUST be made within 48 hours of the date/time you placed your order.

Additionally - Acts of God - weather-related conditions - and states of emergencies can delay delivery beyond the stated delivery parameters.

Estimated Arrival Date Schedule: Flowers must be ordered a minimum of 7-10 days in advance of delivery based on shipping schedule below:

Deliveries will be made Tuesday to Friday only (no Saturday - Sunday or Monday deliveries) - no exceptions.

Note: Due to the variance in monitor color and screen tones - the flowers you receive may vary in color from the image on your computer monitor. If you are purchasing bulk roses to complement your wedding tones - be aware that we cannot guarantee the same variety when more than one case is ordered. We will make every effort - however - to match the shade of color.

Your credit card will be charged when the item ships.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico - Alaska or Hawaii.

Upon the arrival of the arrangements at your destination; please follow these simple instructions to make sure the arrangement looks perfect during the service:

1- Before taking the flowers out of the box mist the flowers with plain water. If possible (but not necessary) let the flowers sit in the box after being misted for 10 minutes. This can be done inside or outside of a cooler. (This time will allow the flowers to become firm; and will assure that any excess water will stay in the box.) If the flowers are already on an easel; then just mist the flowers with plain water. (Be careful not to do this on a slippery floor.)

2 - If the flowers arrived before the wake or funeral service; do not take the flowers out of the box! (Handling is easier if the arrangement is connected to the box.) Mist the flowers with water; put the cover back on and keep the box in a cool place. (An airconditioned area is best! Do not place in your cooler; as this may damage the orchids. (If your order contains orchids).

3 - To take teh arrangement out of the box simply lift the plastic support from the inside of the box upwards and out of the box. ThatÕs it! Lift the arrangement out of the box and hang on your easel.

4 - Discard the boxes; or better yet; recycle them! All our boxes and the materials inside them are made of environmentally friendly Ôrecycled materialsÕ that can be thrown away with the regular trash. Our packing materials have no wax or other dangerous materials.

5 - If for some reason you find loose flowers in the box upon arrival Just take the flower and stick it back into the arrangement. Each of our professional designers are trained to insert the flowers with care; and the designs are made too keep on looking good even if some individual flowers fall out. Nevertheless some flowers may fall out during transport or even during set-up before services.
