Flower Delivery Information: Please select a delivery address where the flowers can be cared for immediately upon arrival.

Flowers are a perishable item and must be cared for properly.

Refunds will only be accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition. Refunds will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence.

**Cancellations or ANY changes MUST be made within 48 hours of the date/time you placed your order.

Additionally - Acts of God - weather-related conditions - and states of emergencies can delay delivery beyond the stated delivery parameters.

Estimated Arrival Date Schedule: Flowers must be ordered a minimum of 7-10 days in advance of delivery based on shipping schedule below:

Deliveries will be made Tuesday to Friday only (no Saturday - Sunday or Monday deliveries) - no exceptions.

Note: Due to the variance in monitor color and screen tones - the flowers you receive may vary in color from the image on your computer monitor. If you are purchasing bulk roses to complement your wedding tones - be aware that we cannot guarantee the same variety when more than one case is ordered. We will make every effort - however - to match the shade of color.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico - Alaska or Hawaii.

Your Calla Lilies are shipped directly from our farms and may arrive with or without water tubes. Before shipping your flowers - we prepare them for their journey with proper hydration methods. Just follow these simple steps (included on the flower care instruction card with your shipment) and your flowers will bloom delightfully.

1. Open the box and make sure your flowers look good.

2. Remove flowers from box by cutting any straps and also remove all paper and plastic packaging.

3. Fill your vase with fresh - cool water to the desired level.

4. Cut stems diagonally approximately a half an inch from the stem's bottom edge. Do so under running water with sharp scissors or knife. Callas tend to split and curl up on the ends - so be careful not to snip off too much as you may need to trim them several times.

5. Immediately after cutting - place the stems in the prepared vase and arrange accordingly.

6. Keep flowers away from direct sunlight - drafts or excessive heat.

7. Every day - be sure to re-cut the stems repeating the steps above to maximize the life and beauty of your flowers.

Please note that Calla Lilies retain sufficient water in their stems for long amounts of time. However - if they are left in bacteria contaminated water - starting from the bottom of the stem - the flower stem will become mushy. Just be sure to change the water daily if preparing to use this flower for an arrangement.
