Our products are delivered via FedEx. All of our products that come from Colombia and Ecuador are delivered with their 3rd Day International Priority Service.
Once the grower receives the order, they prepare the product and deliver the box(s) to a FedEx facility in Bogota or Quito. From there FedEx takes care of the package until is delivered to you. Once we have a tracking number from FedEx, you will receive an e-mail so you can track and view your order.
Our plants are delivered via FedEx Ground Service.
Estimated Arrival Date Schedule: Flowers must be ordered a minimum of 7-10 days in advance of delivery based on the shipping schedule below:
** For Sympathy and Funeral Flower orders; next day delivery is available if the order is placed before 4:00PM EST. Deliveries will be made Tuesday to Friday only (no Saturday - Sunday or Monday deliveries) - no exceptions.
