Flowers must be ordered a minimum of 7-10 days in advance of delivery based on shipping schedule below:

Deliveries will be made Tuesday – Friday only (no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries), no exceptions

• Order Monday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Wednesday of the following week.
• Order Tuesday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Wednesday of the following week.
• Order Wednesday – estimated delivery between Thursday & Friday of the following week.
• Order Thursday – estimated delivery between Thursday & Friday of the following week.
• Order Friday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Wednesday, approx. 1-1/2 weeks.
• Order Saturday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Wednesday, approx. 1-1/2 weeks.
• Order Sunday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Wednesday, approx. 1-1/2 weeks.

**Cancellations or ANY changes MUST be made within 48 hours of the date/time the order was placed.**

Signature is required at time of delivery for all orders.

As this may be a time sensitive purchase, please take the appropriate steps when you order by calling your bank to verify credit limit and make sure authorization goes through. Please double-check your information for accuracy. Credit Card holds or declines can delay your order beyond the stated delivery parameters above. Your credit card will be charged prior to shipment.

Delivery time:

• Delivery will be made by 10:30 am to most areas
• By noon, 4:30 pm or 5:00 pm to some rural areas
• Available throughout all 50 States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
• Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii

Holidays will delay the delivery parameters by one day. Additionally, weather-related conditions, and states of emergencies can delay delivery beyond the stated delivery parameters.

Note: Due to the variance in monitor color and screen tones, the flowers you receive may vary in color from the image on your computer monitor. If you are purchasing flowers to complement your wedding tones, be aware that we cannot guarantee the same variety when more than one case is ordered. We will make every effort, however, to match the shade of color. We highly recommend that when you have a particular shade in mind; please contact our customer service department at 1-877-847-4181, or via email info@premiumblooms.com  to go over with them the possible varieties that would match your particular shade of color.

Care and Handling Instructions:

These flowers are shipped dry and should be hydrated immediately upon arrival as they have been without water for over 24 hours and are very thirsty. Allow time for your flowers to revitalize (8 hours minimum) to enjoy the full splendor of your product.

Upon arrival keep box in cool dry place until ready to process. Do not expose box to temperatures below 35 degrees or over 70 degrees Fahrenheit.

Corsages, Boutonnieres and Rose Petals

These will arrive in clear cases and are easily removed from the shipping box.

1. Place corsages, boutonnieres and rose petals inside a refrigerator between 34-36 degrees. DO NOT FREEZE
2. Keep corsages and boutonnieres refrigerated until the last possible moment.
3. Transport corsages and boutonnieres in the clear cases they were delivered in. This will protect them until they are used.
4. To use, untie from box, and use pin included to carefully place on jacket or dress.
5. Rose petals can be used to decorate cake table, in basket to spread on floor as bride walks in, sign in or gift table, etc.

Bridal Bouquet

(Includes bridal, bridesmaid and throw away bouquets)

1. Always start with clean vase or display bucket.
2. Add flower food and tap water. Approx 1-2 inches of water is sufficient.
3. Use clipper provided to carefully cut the plastic straps that hold the bouquets to the shipping box.
4. Paper wrap should be removed to inspect bouquet upon arrival (if there are any minor signs of bruising on the outer petals, they can be removed carefully before the event.)
5. Remove hydration sponge and bag from the lower stems.
6. Cut ½ an inch off of the bottom of the stem with flower clipper provided.
7. Place in 1-2 inches of water making sure only the stems are in water without getting the ribbon wet.
8. Place stems in vase or bucket immediately after cutting to ensure proper hydration.
9. Place flowers in a cool location out of sunlight and away from heat sources. ( To maintain bloom development keep in refrigeration at about 34-36 degrees. This will keep the flowers from opening further. Leaving at room temperature (between 72-78 degrees)  will promote natural development of bloom and will help blooms open beyond the stage at which they arrive. 1-2 days before the event is recommended.)
10. Keep paper wrap that bouquets arrive in for transportation to event.
11. Avoid touching flowers as much as possible. Touching the petals may cause bruising that is not immediately visible but can appear as browning or wrinkles.
12. Avoid laying bouquets sideways on flat surfaces as this may damage the outer blooms.
13. Keep bouquets in water until the last possible moment to keep flowers fresh and hydrated.
14. Use buckets with 1 or 2 bouquets for transportation so the bouquets can be transported upright. If transporting in one vehicle, it is recommended to remove the water to avoid spillage in transit that can damage the flowers.
15. Do not expose the flowers to heat at any time before the event. (Do not leave outdoors or in a car, etc.)
16. Before using, you may trim the stems within a ½ an inch of the ribbon or to desired length for the final presentation.

These flowers are shipped dry and should be hydrated immediately upon arrival as they have been without water for over 24 hours and are very thirsty. Allow time for your flowers to revitalize (8 hours minimum) to enjoy the full splendor of your product.

Upon arrival keep box in cool dry place until ready to process. Do not expose box to temperatures below 35 degrees or over 70 degrees Fahrenheit.

Take arrangements out of the box and cut 1/4 -1/8 inch of the stems evenly.  Place the cut arrangements in clean cool water to hydrate up to 24 hours.  Then put the hydrated arrangement in your vase..
